Structure

   They constitute powers of the institution:

·        General Assembly

·        Deliberative Council

·        Board of Directors

·        Fiscal Council 

·        General Assembly

The General Assembly is the supreme organ of the Institution that can deliberate on everything that concerns to the interests of the Institution. It is constituted by all the associates who have all the civil rights, who can participate at the deliberations only the associated of the categories of Founders, Collaborators and Cooperators.

·        Deliberative Council

The Deliberative Council is composed by 08 (eight) elected members for the General Assembly between the partners’ founders and collaborators, for a mandate of 4 (four) years, with renewal of 1/4 (a fourth) annually.

·        Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is composed of a President, a Vice-president, a Secretary and a Treasurer. The Deliberative Council chooses the Board of Directors with mandate of 4 (four) years.

·        Fiscal Council

The Fiscal Council is composed by 3 (three) effective members and a substitute and it is chosen by the Deliberative Council with mandate of 4 (four) years.
